2. Return Process

We will guide you through the return process, and if applicable, we’ll arrange for the return of the item.
3. Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed through Cash on Delivery (COD) refund.

Refunds are only processed if the returned item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

5. Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for returns unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In that case, we will bear the return shipping cost.
